Administration Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Spoons whose vision is that all families in Greater Manchester who experience neonatal care are supported throughout their whole journey.

This role is central to our work and critical in ensuring the charity can achieve its objectives. You will provide project and administration support to a wide range of people, acting as the charities first point of contact. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of our systems and processes, and will get involved everything from CRM management to organising meetings and following up on actions afterwards.

About you:
You will need to have excellent organisational and time management skills in this role along with confident communication skills and great attention to detail. Knowledge of the impact neonatal care has on the baby and the family is essential.

What we offer:
This is a fixed term, part time role, working 15 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. The role is home based with face-to-face meetings with staff, volunteers and wider stakeholders on a regular basis. You will receive a salary of £26,500 (pro rata) and benefits include:

  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (pro rata)
