This session is about having time for yourself, a chance to decompress in a space where you can develop supportive relationships with other parents. Engaging in arts and crafts can help you to relax, feel calm and benefit your wellbeing in many ways. Bring along your own crafts, choose one of ours, or simply play with Lego.

Non-mobile babies are welcome to come along.

Please note you will need to have completed the full parent registration form before being able to book on any sessions. Please allow at least 2 working days for your registration to be processed.

Once your attendance has been registered on the booking page you are guaranteed a space on the session and we will be in touch via email prior to the session taking place.
